VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Mr. Tolga Ertugrul has been appointed to Vice President of Operations and Construction Services. Tolga has regularly participated in the design and implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures at the highest levels of management. He has served as a project engineer and manager on a wide variety of civil, geotechnical and environmental engineering projects. He also has substantial experience in project engineering activities, cost estimation, and day-to-day management, including the design of construction processes and systems, for numerous construction projects including landfill construction, mine waste remediation for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and levee construction for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Building upon his B.E. in Civil Engineering education from Vanderbilt University, Tolga earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota with the highest academic honors in his graduating class. In addition, Tolga has been pursuing a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in geotechnical and geoenvironmental engineering through Engineering Online from North Carolina State University. He has also completed graduate coursework in environmental engineering and has earned more than 170 undergraduate and graduate credits to date, 140 of which are credits from STEM subjects. Tolga is a certified Engineer Intern in the State of Oklahoma and will be taking the civil engineering breadth and geotechnical engineering depth Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam next month.

Mr. Ty Ertugrul has been appointed to Vice President of Business Development. His education includes a B.S. from the University of Evansville and MBA post graduate studies from the University of Tulsa. Ty has regularly participated in marketing and the implementation of business strategies, plans and procedures at the highest levels of management. In addition, he has substantial experience in project cost estimation, quality assurance and quality control, and project management on a wide variety of environmental consulting and construction projects.

For over 35 years, Ron has been involved in several capacities in the waste management industry bringing practical business development concepts to the table designed for growth.
